Eu criei uma página no Facebook para postar somente o conteúdo da Transcontinental Race. Acredito ser melhor separar a minha vida pessoal da minha preparação para o TCR. E também a página pessoal tem uma seríe de limitações.

I created an athlete page at Facebook to post my preparation for The Transcontinental Race. I believe that is better to separate my personal post of my TCR preparation. And the personal page has a lot of limitations.

O Twitter também é uma ferramenta que usarei bastante, principalmente para publicação on line da minha posição durante treinos, Audax e principalmente a The Transcontinental Race. O rastreador que será usado pode publicar atualizações diretamente no twitter, e tudo via satélite. Muito moderno!

I will use Twitter as well, mostly to publish my position during long trainings, Audax and the TCR Race. The tracker that I will use during the race can publish the results on line, via sattelite. Very high tech!

Periscope facilitou o jeito de compartilhar vídeos tornando muito fácil transmitir ao vídeo, via celular, até mesmo via  GoPro4. Vou começar a usar com mais frequencia e quero transmitir alguns trechos do meu desafio.

Periscope enable stream more easily videos on-line, using your mobile phone, even using GoPro4. I will start stream videos using this tool, specially nice views during some races and the TCR.
